Since our founding in 1949, Daito Keiki Seisakusho has been manufacturing high-quality pressure gauges for over 70 years. While many other pressure gauge manufacturers often use general-purpose parts, we have equipped our factory with a wide range of manufacturing machinery, including NC lathes and manual lathes. This allows us to produce even specialized components in-house. By managing everything from design and parts processing to assembly under one roof, we deliver custom-made solutions, short lead times, and cost reductions for our customers.

Ultra-high pressure special miniature diaphragm gauge

Pressure is measured using enclosed liquid as a medium, with a diaphragm set between the fluid to be measured and the bourdon tube. Although this is a miniature diaphragm gauge, it can measure high pressures up to 250MPa.

Diaphragm Seal Pressure Gauge, Liquid-Filled (Glycerin), Integral Flange Type

This diaphragm seal gauge features a glycerin-filled display to enhance corrosion resistance and durability. By welding the flange and diaphragm together into a single-piece structure, it eliminates liquid traps and allows for easy cleaning, ensuring excellent maintainability.

Silicon-enclosed compound micro pressure gauge

Looking to measure micro-pressures without the hassle of vibration? This product is the answer to your needs.
Standard micro-pressure ranges under 30 kPa are highly vulnerable to vibration, which can significantly damage internal elements. To solve this, we have developed a liquid-filled micro-pressure compound gauge that features a 25 kPa range and extends down to -25 kPa on the vacuum side.
By combining the wide measurement range of a compound gauge with the benefits of a liquid-filled design, this product ensures stable, easy-to-read pointer indications while protecting the internal elements. It truly delivers the best of both worlds.

Union Thread Type WJ, Weatherproof / Semi-Hermetic Outdoor Pressure Gauge (UPWJ11)

Featuring a built-in union mechanism at the connection thread, this product can be easily locked at any required angle. It eliminates the need for intermediate union accessories or troublesome adjustments using multiple washers or varied gasket thicknesses.
This mechanism allows you to reduce overall part counts for significant cost savings, while also enabling multiple gauges to be aligned in the same direction for streamlined, centralized monitoring.
Furthermore, with its sealed ABS case, this gauge minimizes the impact of rain, splashes, and dust, making it the ideal choice for outdoor installations.

Oil-filled pressure gauge with electric contacts

Filling the internal mechanism with special oil provides superior durability and allows for stable measurement under heavy pulsation and external vibration. It also eliminates contact chattering entirely.

※Contact Chattering Phenomenon

This phenomenon occurs when minuscule mechanical movements during contact engagement cause the signal output to repeatedly cycle ON and OFF multiple times.
If an oxide film forms on the contacts, it can disrupt electrical conductivity and cause equipment malfunctions. Therefore, preventative measures must be implemented.

Diaphragm Seal Pressure Gauge with Electric Contacts

This product combines electric contacts with a diaphragm seal gauge.
Even with corrosive or highly viscous fluids, this gauge can operate various indicators, alarm buzzers, and other equipment in addition to providing pressure readings. To meet diverse requirements, we offer a wide range of wetted part materials, from metals to plastics. (Some restrictions apply depending on the pressure range; please contact us for details.)
