Since its establishment in 1949, Daito Keiki Seisakusho has manufactured high quality pressure gauges for over 65 years. While the majority of pressure gauge manufacturers are dedicated to manufacturing general-purpose products, we have improved our manufacturing facilities including NC lathe and manual lathe facilities that makes it possible for us to manufacture even special parts internally. Our integrated production from design to parts processing to assembly enables us to manufacture products that respond to customer specifications, shorten delivery times, and reduce costs.
Ultra-high pressure special miniature diaphragm gauge
Pressure is measured using enclosed liquid as a medium, with a diaphragm set between the fluid to be measured and the bourdon tube. Although this is a miniature diaphragm gauge, it can measure high pressures up to 250MPa.
Silicon-enclosed compound micro pressure gauge
By enclosing silicon oil, gear parts that can be worn out are lubricated and the durability of the inner mechanism is greatly improved. This product has realized customer requests for a pressure gauge that is both a “compound micro pressure gauge” and “silicon-enclosed type pressure gauge.”
Extra-large gauge 300mm in diameter
This is an extra-large gauge that is 300mm in diameter, which is not specified in the current JIS.
Since we have in-house processing facilities including lathe facilities, we can manufacture specially sized products like this gauge. With the extra-large dial plate, scale readings can be easily confirmed, even if the measurement location is remotely located. This high visibility feature is ideal for use in ships, large plant facilities, etc.
